Information we process

When you create an account, we process your name, email address, authentication information and session records. When you submit a generation, we process your uploaded portraits, consent confirmation, task status and generated files. We keep credit and order records to operate billing and resolve failures.

Selecting a photo creates a local browser preview. The photo is uploaded when you are signed in and submit the generation. Your uploads and generated results are private to your account; we do not publish them in the public demonstration gallery.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the application, account and task database, and private R2 file storage. SeeAPI processes the images needed for your requested generation using Seedream 4 and Seedance 2.5. Temporary signed file links allow the provider to retrieve required inputs. Anyone holding an unexpired signed link may be able to access that file, so do not share it.

These providers process data under their own service terms and privacy practices. Storage deletion in our application does not itself confirm deletion of a provider's independent records.

If paid checkout becomes available, the named payment provider will handle payment details. We store order references, transaction status, amounts and credit allocations; we do not store full card numbers.

Why we process data

We use this information to authenticate accounts, create and deliver requested files, enforce usage limits, maintain credit balances, investigate failures and abuse, and answer support or privacy requests.

We do not sell uploaded portraits or generated files. Public third-party examples have separate source attribution and are not taken from private user tasks.

Cookies and referral information

Session cookies keep you signed in. We also record first-visit referral information, such as a referring domain or campaign parameter, to understand which sources lead to registrations and purchases. This attribution can be associated with your account. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking session cookies may prevent sign-in.

File retention

Our R2 storage is configured with a one-day lifecycle for uploaded source images and a 30-day lifecycle for generated results. Lifecycle cleanup is asynchronous, so these are configured retention periods rather than a promise of deletion at an exact minute. Download results you want to keep.

Account, task, credit, order and support records are separate from these file lifecycles and may remain for operating the service, resolving disputes, security or applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Access and deletion

You can remove completed results from your private history. For account access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests, email support@hotellobbyvideo.io. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Do not send passwords or API keys.
