For a failed or delayed generation, include the task reference shown in My creations, your account email, and what happened. Never send your password, API key or full payment card details.

Report content or request a review

Use the same email address to report unauthorized use of your photo, impersonation, copyright infringement or other prohibited content. Include a task reference or page URL, a description of the issue and your relationship to the affected person or material. Do not email illegal imagery.

If you believe a task or account was restricted by mistake, email your task reference and an explanation so we can review the decision.

Privacy and deletion requests

Email us from your account email where possible. We may need to verify that a request relates to your own account. You can also delete completed results from your private creation history.
