The service

Hotel Lobby AI turns two authorized adult portraits into an orange-studio image preview, followed by an optional video. Image previews use Seedream 4 and videos use Seedance 2.5, accessed through SeeAPI. Our current video request is a 5-second, 720p, vertical MP4 without generated audio. Faces, hands, motion and resemblance can vary. Review results before sharing.

The service is independent of the artists, song owners and performance platforms associated with the Hotel Lobby trend. Third-party demonstration videos are labeled and linked to their sources; they are not examples generated by this website. A demonstration's soundtrack or length does not describe our output.

Accounts and permission

Use the service only if you are at least 18. Upload only adult portraits you have permission to use for AI generation. You are responsible for your account credentials and the rights to your inputs. Contact support if someone uses your account without authorization.

Prohibited content and conduct

Do not upload, request, create or distribute:

• Sexual content, nudity, pornography, sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, or other child exploitation. This service does not accept portraits of minors.
• Graphic violence, gore, threats, encouragement of violence or instructions to harm people.
• Hate or harassment targeting a person or group, including attacks based on protected characteristics.
• Deceptive impersonation, fraud, misleading endorsements, or deepfakes intended to deceive, humiliate or harm.
• Photos or other material that infringe privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark or other rights.
• Illegal material, malware, or attempts to bypass safety checks, account limits, payment checks or access controls.

Moderation, enforcement and appeals

We request the AI provider's safety checks for image and video generation. Automated checks can miss violations or reject legitimate requests; they do not guarantee that all outputs are safe. We may review reported content and relevant task records, restrict access, remove content or suspend accounts when investigating abuse or enforcing these rules.

Report concerns to support@hotellobbyvideo.io, including the task reference or page URL and the reason for your report. Do not send illegal imagery. To appeal a restriction, use the same address and explain the issue. We may request information needed to verify ownership or investigate a report.

Pricing, credits and delivery

The launch free-preview allowance is shared across the whole site: at most 100 attempts, with at most one per account in a rolling 24-hour period while the allowance remains. Failed free attempts count toward this allowance.

Single Duet: US$3.99 for 102 credits. Three Duets: US$9.99 for 306 credits. These are one-time purchases, without automatic renewal. Purchased credits are valid for 365 days from payment. Any applicable tax and the final total are shown before payment.

A paid image preview uses 2 credits and a video uses 100 credits. Each pack covers one or three standard preview-plus-video workflows respectively. Extra previews or new generations consume additional credits. A qualifying free preview does not consume purchased credits. Video output is requested as a 5-second, 720p, 9:16 silent MP4.

Checkout becomes available once payment processing is activated. We do not collect payment while checkout is unavailable. After verified payment, credits are delivered to the signed-in account; the return page alone is not confirmation. Generated files are delivered through your private creation history, with download access for up to 30 days. Processing times vary.

The generator shows the credit cost before submission. Reserved paid credits are returned when a task is confirmed failed or safety-rejected. A task still processing or awaiting a provider response is not yet a confirmed failure. Returning generation credits is different from refunding a payment.

Refunds

For billing problems or refund requests, contact support@hotellobbyvideo.io with the order reference. Any applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Inputs, outputs and third-party rights

You retain any rights you already hold in your inputs and allow us and our processing providers to use them to perform your requested generation. Do not upload material you cannot authorize us to process. AI generation does not guarantee copyright ownership, exclusivity or permission to use another person's likeness or music.

Our videos do not include the original Hotel Lobby soundtrack. Add music only where you have the necessary rights or a platform provides a suitable licensed option.

Availability and changes

Generation depends on third-party services and may fail or be delayed. We do not guarantee a particular likeness, motion, completion time or uninterrupted availability. Material changes to these terms will be reflected in the date above.
